Returns & refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items if they arrive defective, damaged or not as described.
Eligible
- • Electronics & gadgets in original packaging with all accessories.
- • Sealed agro inputs (unopened, label intact, within shelf life).
Not eligible
- • Seasonal fruits and other perishables.
- • Opened agrochemicals or items with broken safety seals.
- • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear.
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and photos of the issue.
- We'll confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup or drop-off.
- Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days of inspection (bKash / cash).
