What we collect
Name, phone number, delivery address, district and any optional notes you provide when placing an order. We also collect basic technical data (device, browser, IP) for security and analytics.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, communicate with you about it (mostly on WhatsApp), prevent fraud, and improve the store. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only the courier partner who needs your name, address and phone to deliver, and our payment provider when you choose a paid method. Cash-on-delivery orders are shared with the courier only.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for up to 5 years for accounting and warranty support, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention). Email abubakarbup@gmail.com.
